The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done. The key function is to assist our Client Director with the day to day administrative control of the business with a specific emphasis in understanding legal requirements in overseas jurisdictions and their role in business.
Responsibilities
- Formation of UK and overseas companies
- Liaison with clients to obtain information
- Obtaining KCY information
- Dealing with time recording and invoicing
- Coordinating global compliance requirements working with our international alliance partners
- Developing collateral on doing business in selected key jurisdictions
- Drafting of company resolutions for UK and overseas companies
- Keeping statutory records up to date
- Filing compliance statements
- Keep statutory records up to date
- Requesting client records for preparation of accounts
- Sending out accounts to clients
- Preparation of quarterly service charge accounts for one client to forward to lessees
- Corresponding with clients and staff by email and telephone
- Completion of client questionnaires
