She started at MCA as a database admin, then moved to Admin Assistant and then Practice Manager-current.
This grounding gave her valuable insight into how the practice runs at every level, from client records to internal reporting.
Since being appointed Practice Manager, Georgiana has taken responsibility for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and driving a culture of continuous improvement through the implementation of clear policies and procedures.
Monica holds NVQ Level 3 and Level 4 qualifications, covering areas including accounts preparation, personal and business taxation, budgeting and financial performance, giving her a solid technical grounding to complement her operational role.
Prior to joining Macalvins, she gained broader commercial experience in customer-facing and administrative roles.
Known for her organisational strength and attention to detail, she plays a central role in keeping Macalvins running smoothly, ensuring the team is well supported and that the practice’s standards are maintained across the firm.
