Rachna Jain is a Senior Manager at Macalvins, bringing more than 16 years of UK experience in financial reporting, taxation, auditing and management accounts.
Rachna qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2005, before going on to become a member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) in 2023, reflecting a career built on strong technical grounding across both international and UK accountancy standards.
Prior to joining Macalvins in 2023, Rachna spent time at another leading accountancy firm in London, where she progressed to Senior Manager (Accounts & Audit), developing deep expertise across the full range of accounting, audit and taxation services.
A confident and well-presented Chartered Accountant, Rachna is comfortable leading and coaching teams of all sizes, with well-developed leadership and team-building capability applied across some of the fastest-growing markets. She is passionate about partnering with clients to deliver results and supporting business change and people transformation. Rachna is proficient across a range of cloud-based accounting software, including IRIS and Xero.
