Senior Payroll Administrator Position

If you have a passion for business and want to be part of a fast growing company, then you are in the right place. You will be experienced in all aspects of payroll and familiarity of pension schemes, in particular full understanding of auto-enrolment. You will have the drive and ambition to manage the payroll offering, implementing the right processes and systems to deliver a best in class service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The chosen candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Proven experience of managing UK payroll (weekly, monthly, annual payrolls), including starters and leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP
  • Proven experience of working with certified payroll systems utilising processes for a seamless delivery e.g., BrightPay, Pay Circle, Xero, Earnie (IRIS)
  • Experience to manage and review third party arrangements for pension schemes and auto-enrolment in line with client requirements
  • Ability to create strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Experience of communicating and dealing with HMRC, pension providers and other statutory bodies to manage all client requirements
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Well organised and excellent planning skills
